Shall We Wine

Founder/CEO

Regine T. Rousseau is a wine and spirits expert, media personality, and founder of Shall We Wine — a company dedicated to making wine knowledge accessible, strategic, and experiential. Recognized as a 2022 Leader in the Wine Industry by Wine Business Monthly and a nominee for Wine Enthusiast's Wine Educator of the Year, Regine holds a WSET Level 3 with Merit, an International Sommelier Guild Level II certification, and is an Executive Bourbon Steward.

Her work has been featured in Forbes, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, the New Yorker, Black Enterprise, and the Chicago Tribune, and she is a regular contributor to WGN's Daytime Chicago and Spotlight Chicago. She has spoken at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, the Blacks in Wine Symposium, and events across the country.

Regine fell in love with wine while studying abroad in France — her first language is French — and built her career around one central belief: wine should feel like an invitation, not a barrier. Through Shall We Wine, she designs experiences that transform how people engage with wine — whether at a corporate conference, a nonprofit gala, or a private event.

She is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English.
