for meetings and conventions. With more than 20 years of experience in destination

marketing, hospitality, convention services, and sales, she has built a career helping

organizations create impactful events while fostering strong partnership throughout the

tourism industry.

Karen’s expertise includes convention services, strategic destination management,

attendee engagement, team leadership, and client relationship management. She is

passionate about developing innovative solutions that enhance meeting experience,

strengthen destination partnerships, and create lasting economic impact for the

communities she serves.

Outside of work, Karen loves traveling, exploring new restaurants and discovering the

unique culture and experiences that make each destination memorable.
