Apprehensive of traditional, old-school models, James is committed to developing and inspiring today’s student, connecting them to their “place” in the world. His career spans hospitality, design, higher-ed and non-profit leadership, as well as technology and sales. James pushes the envelope, building strong relationships by attracting partners who prioritize authenticity and energy. 

James is driven by generational studies, marveling that we are on the cusp of 5 generations working together at the same time. He focuses heavily on unlocking Gen Z and Millennial potential by dismantling fear of failure and building confidence. James transforms teams of employers, faculty, staff and students into motivated, empowered promoters, creating pro-movement powerhouses that are agile and flexible.
