This day of education is designed to immerse ourselves in fresh, innovative ways to infuse creativity into our work and elevate attendee engagement. We aim to draw inspiration from unconventional, non-traditional avenues outside the typical event world, empowering professionals to craft more immersive, meaningful + memorable experiences.

On the Agenda:

Opening Keynote - Express Yourself: Unlocking the Inner Creative with Bob Knuth I Former Creative Director of Marketing & Brand / Resident Set Designer for The Second City

This hands-on keynote invites participants to explore how expression, play, and collaboration shape the way experiences are felt and remembered. Through improv and design-inspired activities, attendees will discover accessible creative tools that support teams across a wide range of live events.

Panelists coming soon: Beyond the Bubble: Where Creativity Lives

This cross-industry panel brings together visionary voices to explore how people, ideas, and environments spark creativity. Through fresh perspectives and real examples, speakers share how memorable experiences are shaped in unexpected places — and how looking beyond the bubble can inspire new ways of thinking about experience.

Closing Keynote: Karaoke Storytellers

Special performance featuring comedians, singers, storytellers, and everyday people telling a short story about a song, followed by a karaoke performance of the song.   

*Interested in being part of the story? We are looking for (3) performers to tell a story about a song, then sing that song karaoke style. You will work with the Karaoke Storytellers producers prior to the event to craft your 5-10 minute story, and we promise you an unforgettable moment on stage! Express yourself creatively through wardrobe. Pull inspiration from your environment and wear an article(s) of clothing in the most fun pattern you own! Let your personality shine through bold, bright, colorful clothes with a little pattern play!
