Stephanie Katsaros is the Founder and President of Bright Beat, a Chicago-based consultancy founded in 2009, advancing environmental stewardship and community impact through the development and activation of collaborative solutions. Their award-winning strategies energize partners, shift culture, and foster behavior change across sectors and up the value chain.

Stephanie works with an array of events, facilities, municipalities, businesses, institutions and non-profits, bridging policy and practice while raising the bar for responsible operations. She is proud to play a leading role in Chicago Sustainability Task Force, Illinois Food Scrap & Composting Coalition, and Wasted Food Action Alliance.
