Doug Bradley, COO & Co-Founder, BradleyWorks Sustainable Culinary Sustainability Systems Architect | Circular Economy Advocate | Foodservice Innovation Leader Doug Bradley is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of BradleyWorks Sustainable Culinary, a consulting firm dedicated to advancing practical, measurable sustainability solutions across foodservice, hospitality, and live events.
For more than 20 years, Doug has designed and implemented sustainability programs for convention centers, stadiums, arenas, national parks, healthcare systems, and international mega-events. His work focuses on creating operationally effective systems that reduce waste, maximize food recovery, strengthen local food networks, and generate measurable environmental and social impact.
Doug is recognized for developing scalable models that integrate food rescue, authenticated waste diversion, biodiversity initiatives, and community engagement into venue operations. He has worked with some of the world's most complex foodservice environments, including leadership roles supporting sustainability and culinary programs for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Cleveland Clinic, and ARAMARK Parks Group, where he developed the pioneering Planet Evergreen Sustainable Cuisine Program.
Today, Doug helps organizations move beyond sustainability goals and toward practical implementation strategies that create lasting value for venues, communities, and the environment. His current work includes advancing circular economy solutions, sustainable packaging innovations, food recovery systems, and next-generation approaches to responsible event operations.
