I’m an international keynote speaker, author, and entrepreneur known for bringing Human Caffeine energy to rooms where trust, judgment, and alignment actually matter.

My work helps leaders and organizations reconnect to their people, their decisions, and the signals they often overlook while scaling.  I’m also the founder of T By Daniel, an award-winning tea company built on the belief that business is ultimately about people.

What started as a product became a platform for understanding culture, experience, and human behaviour at scale.

That journey has taken me from grassroots beginnings to serving tea to His Majesty King Charles III, and into boardrooms, conferences, and leadership summits around the world.

I’ve spoken on stages across North America, Europe, and the Middle East- from startup and tech events in Estonia, to sales summits in the UK, to global platforms like Forbes Middle East in Dubai. 

Along the way, I’ve shared stages with artists like Pitbull, and worked with organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity.

What audiences resonate with most isn’t hype, it’s perspective.  At a certain level, success stops being about ideas. It becomes about trust. Judgment. And the quality of conversations when the stakes are real.

In addition to speaking, I work privately with leaders and founders who want sharper alignment, internally, culturally, and personally, without noise or performance. This work stays intentionally quiet and highly contextual.

In 2025, I was honoured with Smart Meetings’ “Best of the Stage” Speaker Award, recognizing not just delivery, but depth and impact.
